If accepted, the abstract or communication will be published on the
conference web site and in the abstract book to be given to each attendee at the beginning
of the Starlight Conference.

Authors and Institutions will be notified whether
their abstract/communication has been accepted for presentation to the Conference. |

Accepted presentations

Oral presentations to the Conference will be of two kinds:
- Presentations during the plenary sessions.
- Presentations during the parallel sessions.
Both the acceptation and the kind of presentation of the accepted papers would depend on
the decision of the Scientific Committee within the limits set by the Organising
Committee.Speakers
whose abstract/communication has been accepted for its presentation should present before
the Conference:
• Complete text of the paper to be published in the Conference proceedings.
• CV and information sheet of the author or institution that would present it.
• Authorisation for its publication.
• Registration to the Conference.
